Join historian and author of Changing Clothes in China, Professor Antonia Finnane from the University of Melbourne, who will take us on a private viewing and talk on some of the textiles held in the collection of the Chinese Museum. Following lunch at the nearby Hutong Dumpling Bar, we will return to the Museum for a viewing of the exhibition Han Dynasty: Life Everlasting, featuring displays and objects showcasing this significant period in Chinese history, drawn mainly from a private Melbourne collection..
