Join us for the inaugural meeting of TAASA Victoria’s textile interest group. Throughout the year, members will be invited to bring along their textiles, tell us what they know about them, and we will have the opportunity to share our knowledge and understanding of their pieces. Our first meeting will feature beautiful textiles from Sumatra, as well as other countries from South-East Asia. Textiles are the cultural memory of civilisations. We are fortunate to have these survivors in our midst.
